This morning I smacked the you know what out of my ankle. It is swollen and bruised. I am going to rest it today. I wasn’t going to but it is super sore. So, just in case taking a little rest time. Tomorrow I will have 3 miles and Saturday I have 9 miles! I need to figure out my route and get everything laid out for Saturdays run. I am getting closer and closer to my half marathon distance! I am so pumped! Well, to the gym I go now! I am going to get some bike in and some weights.
